On December 3, 2021, Duan Xianzhong, president of Hunan University, Yin Shuangfeng, dean of the Academy of Science and Technology, associate dean Su Shijun, and Liao Lei, dean of the Academy of Semiconductors (Academy of Integrated Circuits), visited Global Power Technology Co., Ltd (GPT in short). Chen Tong, chairman of GPT, and related department leaders participated in the reception. The purpose of this visit is to strengthen communication and enhanced university-enterprise cooperation.。

President Duan and his partis visited the exhibition hall of GPT, went to the production line for field investigation, and attended the meeting with GPT R&D personnel. During the meeting, Chairman Chen introduced the current situation of the company, the Liuyang project has been put into production, and the yield of products reaches more than 90%. Mr. Chen communicated with them about talent cooperation and integration of industry and education. Dean Liao Lei also introduced their scientific res.earch team and scientific research projects, and he pointed out that their scientific research results can be tried in company.

At the end of the meeting, President Duan fully affirmed GPT’s efforts and achievements over the years, and concluded that "we must strengthen cooperation and exchanges, serve local enterprises, and vigorously support industrial technology innovation."
