Global Power Technology attended the Munich Shanghai Electronics Exhibition 2021

　　On April 16, 2021, the three-day Munich Electronica Shanghai successfully ended in Shanghai New International Expo Center.

　　In this year's Munich Shanghai Electronics Exhibition, Global Power Technology Co., Ltd (GPT in short) exhibited a wide range of silicon carbide discrete devices series, silicon carbide bare-die series, three adapter solutions and other products, which shows GPT's strengths and advantages in all aspects.

　　At the exhibition, GPT showed three different isolation drivers for the first time, single-channel isolation driver GPT-DR-DISB-9x, dual-channel isolation driver GPT-DR-MODA-14x and dual-channel isolation driver GPT-DR-MODB-14x. These three drivers can drive SiC MOSFET devices from 600V to 1200V / 62mm / EconoDUAL half bridge modules of the current market, which integrated undervoltage protection, source Miller clamp, short circuit protection, error reset and other functions.
